Refund & Return Policy

If you placed an order and will not be able to pick up on the arranged pick-up date, please contact us for alternative options or for a refund.  We will need a minimum of 24 hours notice if you will not be able to pick up your soup.

We do not accept any returns.

If you are unhappy with your soup and/or bread, please let us know immediately.
